Since I became president on April 1, 2009, we have not engaged in any IR activities for individual investors. This was because I did not want to cause them to suffer significant losses by investing their retirement and other hard-earned savings in our company. However, as mentioned earlier, we are now confident that our Eight Spears will stabilize and grow our earnings, and we plan to actively hold briefings for individual investors starting this year. We have been maintaining a dividend payout ratio of 20% ± 5%. As there is a growing interest to individual investors, we have decided to raise the dividend payout ratio to 30%, and we plan to increase the year-end dividend by 5 yen to 25 yen.
