MINEBEA MITSUMI Inc. and Ricoh Co., Ltd. have jointly developed the "Ricoh Mimamori Bed Sensor System" which can monitor the vital information of a user such as body movements in the bed and reference weight with high precision. Commencement of Soil Purification Measures at our former Ichinoseki Plant
This is to announce that environment pollutants such as trichloroethylene have been found to remain in part of our former Ichinoseki Plant, which was closed due to the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, located at 2-chome, Yamame-cho, Ichinoseki-shi, Iwate Prefecture, as a result of a further investigation conducted in preparation for the demolition of the factory building, as shown below, though the soil purification measures there were completed in 2011.

(formerly Minebea Co. Ltd.) in the Canadian provinces of Quebec, Ontario and British Columbia. MinebeaMitsumi hereby announces that, on March 2, 2018, it reached a settlement with the plaintiffs of the lawsuits.
