Announcement Regarding the Change of the Business Transfer Date for the Acquisition of Business

MinebeaMitsumi Inc. (the "Company") previously announced in the "Announcement regarding the Acquisition of Business" dated May 12, 2026, that it had entered into an agreement to acquire the automotive motor and automotive cooling fan motor business (the "Business") operated by Panasonic Industry Co., Ltd. ("Panasonic Industry") and its group (the "Transaction"). Today, the Company announces that it has decided to change the business transfer date as follows.

While the Transaction does not fall under the timely disclosure standards set by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the Company is disclosing this information voluntarily on its website and through TDnet as it deems the information to be useful for investors.

The Company and Panasonic Industry have been advancing preparations toward the execution of the Transaction since the execution of the definitive agreement on May 13, 2026.

Following discussions, the companies decided to change the business transfer date to March 1, 2027, in order to more carefully prepare the transition of contractual relationships, order and transaction management, and business processes accompanying the transition to the new structure, thereby ensuring absolute stability in operations following the succession.
