MinebeaMitsumi Receives "2026 Award for Excellence in Corporate Disclosure"

- Ranked first in the Electric / Precision category -

MinebeaMitsumi Inc. (Head office: Nagano Prefecture; Representative Director, Chairman CEO: Yoshihisa Kainuma; hereinafter "MinebeaMitsumi") has been selected for the first time as the top-ranked company in the electric / precision category of the "2026 Awards for Excellence in Corporate Disclosure" organized by The Securities Analysts Association of Japan (SAAJ).

Under this award system, The Corporate Disclosure Study Group established by SAAJ evaluates the quality, quantity, and timing of corporate disclosures based on the five key items listed below to select outstanding companies in each sector.

1. Management's commitment to investor relations, function of the company's investor relations department, and the company's basic stance on investor relations
2. Disclosure through investor meetings, interviews, and presentation materials, etc.
3. Fairness in disclosure
4. Disclosure of ESG-related information
5. Voluntary information disclosure based on the situation in each industry

In this year's evaluation, we received high marks in "Disclosure through investor meetings, interviews, and presentation materials, etc." and "Voluntary information disclosure based on the situation in each industry" Additionally, improvements in " Management's commitment to investor relations, function of the company's investor relations department, and the company's basic stance on investor relations " were highly recognized, leading to this award.

Going forward, MinebeaMitsumi will continue to expand opportunities for constructive dialogue with all stakeholders while striving to enhance corporate value and build stronger relationships of trust through timely, appropriate, fair, and highly transparent disclosures.
