MinebeaMitsumi to Exhibit at "Technologies for a New Future : Nikkei xTECH NEXT Tokyo 2026"
- Showcasing the Robot Hand from CES 2026 in Japan -
MinebeaMitsumi Inc. (hereinafter "MinebeaMitsumi") will exhibit as a special exhibitor at the "Technologies for a New Future: Nikkei xTECH NEXT Tokyo 2026," to be held at the Tokyo International Forum (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) for two days on Tuesday, September 29 and Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
Under the theme "Know the technologies of today, foresee what lies ahead," this exhibition gathers the latest technologies that will carve out the future of society and industry, including AI, digital transformation (DX), and next-generation manufacturing technologies. Through seminars by expert journalists and thought leaders, as well as dynamic exhibits where visitors can see and touch actual equipment, attendees can experience and discover everything from understanding current trends to identifying the essence of business transformations and finding their next strategic move.
At this exhibition, we will feature a dynamic display of our "Robot Hand for Humanoid Robots," which was first unveiled at CES 2026 in the United States in January to a highly enthusiastic reception. As a concrete example of the solutions MinebeaMitsumi's ultra-precision components can provide for the hands of humanoid robots, visitors will be able to experience real-time synchronization where the robot hand mirrors their own fingertip movements using motion capture technology. We will also demonstrate pre-programmed complex and delicate movements.
