Minebea Co., Ltd. ("Minebea") hereby announces that the following new management of Minebea Motor Manufacturing Corporation ("MMMC"), an affiliate subsidiary of Minebea, has been decided at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of MMMC held today, June 25.
