Minebea Co., Ltd. (Minebea) and FDK Corporation (FDK) hereby announce that both companies have signed today a final agreement on the subject business transfer in accordance with the "Basic Agreement regarding the Transfer of the Stepping Motor Business of FDK Corporation to Minebea Co., Ltd." dated July 31, 2008.
