Report and Gratitude on Completion of Tender Offer
MinebeaMitsumi Inc. commenced the tender offer (TOB) for SHIBAURA ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. on May 2, 2025, and concluded it on September 11. First and foremost, we would like to express our deepest gratitude to all stakeholders of SHIBAURA ELECTRONICS CO., LTD., our own stakeholders, and everyone else who provided tremendous support and encouragement during this period.
