Located within our Tokyo Headquarters, this experience-based showroom is designed around the theme: 'Leveraging our strengths to support global manufacturing.' Primarily targeting students in the 5th grade and above, the facility has become a popular destination for school field trips since its opening in October 2023, and welcomed over 9,700 elementary school students. (As of April 2026)
The exhibits focus on the ultra-precision machining technologies that power our products, alongside the fundamental principles of nature—such as friction, electricity/electronics, magnetism, light, and radio waves. Through interactive displays where visitors can handle actual products, the facility provides an accessible way for people of all ages to understand how individual components play a vital role in society, sparking curiosity and a deeper interest in the art of manufacturing."

Accepting Students for Work Experience (Tokyo Headquarters)
MinebeaMitsumi accepts elementary school students from neighboring junior high schools for work experience.
In FY 2025, at the Tokyo Headquarters, students participated in a comprehensive hands-on program that mirrored the entire manufacturing lifecycle. Starting with their own design sketches, students progressed through 3D-CAD data creation, 3D printing, and post-processing tasks such as thread cutting and assembly. The program concluded with performance evaluation and final report writing, allowing students to experience the depth and excitement of the engineering process from development to validation.
