NMB-Minebea Thai Supports Elementary School Affected by Local Flooding
NMB-Minebea Thai undertook activities to support Ban Nhong Thum Elementary School near Lopburi Plant after it was affected by local flooding in late August. The support was provided as a member of the local region.
The activities included donations of severely damaged items, including tables, chairs and waste receptacles in the cafeteria, as well as lectures on environmental protection and health and safety by company employees.
- Donations included 30 tables, 120 chairs, and 6 receptacles for separating waste.
- Lectures were given to 120 elementary school children in grade 1 through 6. The lectures used simple language and games to explain the importance of separating waste, how to read traffic signs, and the dangers of drugs (narcotics).
The future depends on children and NMB-Minebea Thai will always continue to support them.
