MinebeaMitsumi Group Integrated Report received the Excellence Award at the "NIKKEI Integrated Report Award"

MinebeaMitsumi is pleased to announce that MinebeaMitsumi Group Integrated Report 2025 received the Excellence Award at the NIKKEI Integrated Report Award sponsored by Nikkei Inc.
The NIKKEI Integrated Report Award was launched in 1988 as the NIKKEI Annual Report Awards. In 2021, the Award was renamed the NIKKEI Integrated Report Award in light of the current situation in which the integrated reports have evolved and developed as reports explaining corporate value by including non-financial ESG elements in financial information. Security analysts and academic experts on active service conducted thorough screening with a wide range of criteria.

504 companies and organizations participated in 2025. There are three Grand Prix, one Sustainable Grand Prize, one Governance Grand Prize, nine Runner-up Grand Prix, one Rookie Award, two Legend Award and 48 Excellence Awards.
We have now received the Excellence Award for the fifth time overall.

We will enhance our corporate information for investors and shareholders to understand MinebeaMitsumi further by providing more timely and accurate disclosures including integrated reports.
