NMB-Minebea Thai Organizes Classes in Surrounding Areas
NMB-Minebea Thai's Bang Pa-in Plant organized classes to promote self-reliance and improve lives among people in surrounding areas. Employees with the skills and know-how visited surrounding areas to share with people in the region how to make herb oil and multi-purpose detergent. The class not only explained how to make these things but also gave residents an actual chance to make them. Employees, who felt useful by sharing the knowledge they possess, likewise felt more motivated.
