Meeting Kicks Off Internal CSR Promotion System
Minebea kicked off the launch of its Internal CSR Promotion System during a special video conference linking the company's Tokyo Head Office with its Karuizawa, Fujisawa, Hamamatsu, and Yonago plants.
A total of 52 employees from the five locations attended the meeting, including CSR officers (head officers) and sub-staff in charge of CSR. During the meeting, Takehiko Mizukami from Cre-en Inc. delivered a lecture on what CSR is all about as well as the role it plays at Minebea. The lecture was followed by a question-and-answer session as well as a briefing on how each location's CSR activities are publicized.
Minebea will leverage the strength of its new CSR promotion team to actively communicate its CSR initiatives and ensure that CSR is fully embedded throughout its operations.
