Notice Concerning Changes to the Company Names and Addresses of European Sales Subsidiaries (Three European Sales Companies)
MinebeaMitsumi Inc. hereby announces the changes to the company names and address of its European sales subsidiaries, effective as of July 1. These changes apply to NMB-Minebea-GmbH (located in Langen, Hesse, Germany), changing both its name and address, and NMB Minebea S.A.R.L. (located in Baillet-en-France, Val-d'Oise, France) and NMB ITALIA S.r.l. (located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy), both changing their company names.
