Regarding Certain Media Report Published Today
Today's The Nikkei reported growing concerns over supply chain disruptions between Thailand and Cambodia, following the Thai government's decision to close major border checkpoints with Cambodia until June 24. As of now, there has been no confirmed impact on the manufacturing, logistics, shipping, and such at MinebeaMitsumi Group's 10 plants in the Kingdom of Thailand and its Phnom Penh plant in the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the operations are continuing as usual.
MinebeaMitsumi Group's plants in the two countries have sufficient materials and component inventories to support its manufacturing operations. The commercial flights between the two countries are also operating without issue.
Should there be any developments deemed to have a material impact on our performance, necessary disclosures will be made promptly.
