Further Update Concerning New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc., Our U.S. subsidiary (4th Report)

Minebea Co., Ltd. (Minebea) hereby provides an update on the latest situation as of today at the Peterborough facility of New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc., Minebea's U.S. subsidiary, as described below:

Status updates (as of the close of business on February 18, 2014, U.S. Eastern Standard Time)

• Machining process, which resumed its operations on February 13, has been operating as usual since then.
• At the assembly process operations, reinforcement work of the damaged clean room has been completed. As such, clean room is expected to resume operations on February 20, 2014.
• We have never experienced any delivery problems with our customers through the utilization of inventories at the sites of our customers as well as New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc.
