Acquisition of a logistics hub site, buildings and structures
Minebea Group completed an acquisition of the former electronic equipment manufacturing plant (land, buildings and structures) of Sony Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd., located at the Hi-Tech Industrial Estate in the Ayutthaya Province, Thailand as of January 30, 2014. Minebea has a plan to use such facilities for the purpose of setting up a new logistics hub in Southeast Asia.
