Minebea Co., Ltd. (Minebea) hereby reports on the latest situation as of today at the Peterborough facility of New Hampshire Ball Bearings Inc., Minebea's U.S. subsidiary, as follows:

Status updates (as of the close of business on February 13, 2014, U.S. Eastern Standard Time)

• As we made an announcement yesterday, machining process resumed its operations in the morning on February 13 local time.
