CDP is a non-profit organization established in the United Kingdom in 2000, and cooperates with institutional investigators to require companies and cities to disclose strategies and data on climate change, water, and forests, and other issues.

The Eruboshi certification is a national recognition program by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, granted to companies that excel in promoting women's career advancement. Based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, certification is awarded to organizations that meet specific criteria across five key areas: (1) Recruitment, (2) Retention, (3) Working Hours and Work-Life Balance, (4) Ratio of Women in Management, and (5) Diverse Career Paths. MinebeaMitsumi has met every standard, earning the highest rating (three-star).
