[Japan] 400 Gather at Kugenuma Beach! MinebeaMitsumi Connects Community Through Traditional Beach Seine Fishing

The Fujisawa Plant recently hosted its annual beach seine fishing event at Kugenuma Beach in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, bringing together employees and their families!
This year, participants gathered not only from Fujisawa but also from Atsugi, Tama, Hamura, Karuizawa, and the Tokyo Head Office, making it a spectacular turnout of over 400 people. Together, everyone pulled the ropes in unison with a spirited "Heave-ho!", and as the net filled with fish landed on the shore, the children erupted in cheers.
The BBQ, kids' games, and beach volleyball kept the excitement alive, bringing high energy to the event and fostering warm, cross-site interactions.
At the end of the event, everyone joined hands for a beach clean-up to express their gratitude. Seeing the pristine sandy beach left everyone feeling refreshed and fulfilled.
