Activity in U-shin India: Internship & Skill Development Program
U-Shin India has taken 18 students as interns. The aim was to give them real work experience and help them build useful skills.
We provided training in communication, teamwork, technical work under the able guidance of experienced mentors. Interns got the chance to work on live projects and learn directly from experienced seniors. The idea was to prepare them for future jobs and help them become confident professionals.
This also supports the Indian government's goal to give youth better job opportunities. Most interns had little exposure to corporate work before, so this program gave them a good start.
They improved their skills and got a better understanding of how companies function. We tried to create a learning environment where they could ask questions and grow. Their efforts also added attributable value to many our projects. By the end, we saw real improvement in their work and attitude.
Meritorious and hardworking interns were also considered for future job roles in the company and have been absorbed by us as regular employees. This internship helped both the interns and the company in a positive way.
