Minebea AccessSoltuions actively provides outreach classes for educational insitutions in Miyazaki City, where the company is located, as part of their social contribution activities. In FY2024 (Apr.1, 2024-Mar. 31, 2025), classes were offered at one junior high school and high school in Miyazaki City.
Miyazaki Prefectural Sadowara High School: "Experience Behind the Scenes of Work"
On Tuesday, June 18, 2024, Minebea AccessSolutions conducted a outreach class for the third graders at Sadowara High School under the theme of "How to approach issues at work. By engaging with real-world corporate challenges, students were able to work on problem-solving themselves. This provided significant support for inquiry-based learning that transcends the boundaries of their core academic subjects.
Miyazaki City Akae Junior High School: "Meetup for Discovering Local Companies"
On Thursday, July 4, 2024, Minebea AccessSoltuions visited the Akae Junior School as part of the "Meetup for Miyazaki Prefecture-Based Business and Junior High School Students," a program hosted by Miyazaki Prefecture. Their business was introduced to students under the theme of "A 15-Minutes Guide to Automotive Component Manufacturer. It was a pleasure to provide these students with the opportunity to explore local industries.
