Hamamatsu Plant Supports the Fukuroi Hometown Disaster Prevention Donation Promotion Committee
The Hamamatsu Plant of MinebeaMitsumi donated 1 million yen to the Fukuroi Hometown Disaster Prevention Donation Promotion Committee. This would be the 5th contribution by Hamamatsu Plant totaling 5 million yen which started in 2015. Michiya Kagami, Director and Managing Executive Officer of MinebeaMitsumi, presented Hideyuki Harada, Mayor of Fukuroi City, with a certificate at Fukuroi City Office.
Fukuroi City, which has a coast of 5.3 kilometers, is working on disaster prevention measures such as preparing seawalls. Hamamatsu Plant supports these measures through the Fukuroi Hometown Disaster Prevention Donation Promotion Committee.
MinebeaMitsumi will continue to support local disaster prevention measures.
