Karuizawa Plant Welcomes Students from Saku University School of Nursing for Occupational Health Training
MinebeaMitsumi's Karuizawa Plant invited 24 senior students of the Saku University School of Nursing for occupational health training as part of their training in community nursing. During the lecture, the exclusive industrial physician explained clearly about occupational health activities and specific examples, the requirements for an exclusive industrial physician and public health nurse through an interactive format. Also, the health supervisor explained their role.
After that the students toured the plant, company cafeteria and health care office in order to cultivate better understanding. Various questions were asked during the question-and-answer session.
MinebeaMitsumi will continue to make such efforts to contribute to the community.
