CSR Activities in Support of Thailand Children's Day
Thailand Children's Day is the second Saturday of January every year.
NMB-Minebea Thai organized the following event to educate the municipality of Pra-Intaracha and the children living there about environmental protection and energy conservation. The municipality is near Bang Pa-in plant.
- Posters regarding NMB-Minebea Thai's Corporate Social Responsibility, environmental and local contribution activities were exhibited in an exhibition booth.
- To promote knowledge of global environment, energy conservation and reduce global warming to the children, environmental quiz questions and puzzles were provided. 1,081 pieces of souvenirs were provided for children who joined the game.
- Approximately 1,700 books and brochures on environmental protection and energy conservation were given out.
- Approximately 500 trees were given out.
NMB-Minebea Thai looks forward to taking part in similar community activities in the future.
