Fourth-Year Students of the Saku University School of Nursing Visit the Karuizawa Plant
Minebea's Karuizawa Plant invited students of the Saku University School of Nursing to observe the plant as part of their training in community nursing. The visitors were 34 fourth-year students taking a course in public health nursing. Before the plant tour, the health management office gave about two hours of lectures. A dedicated industrial physician lectured on the role of an industrial physician and the importance of industrial nursing. A public health nurse lectured on the real conditions of industrial nursing at a place of business. The students listened intently.
Minebea will continue to make such efforts to contribute to the community.
