NMB-Minebea Thai Provides Waste Separation Class to Local Children

NMB-Minebea Thai hosted a workshop to teach students from the nearby Chonpratan Anukroh School in Ayutthaya Province the ins and outs of sorting trash. Incorporating games and quizzes about separating different kinds of waste, the workshop was designed to help the students learn how to sort trash while having fun at the same time.

While focused on the daily task of sorting ordinary trash, the workshop aimed to provide local children with an opportunity to think about recycling, conserving resources, and protecting the environment.

  • A total of 344 students participated in the program.
    192 students from primary school 4th - 6th grade, 152 students from secondary school 1st - 3rd grade.
  • NMB-Minebea Thai donated 903 books, brochures on resource conservation, energy, and the environment to the school.

NMB-Minebea Thai believes environmental education activities like this are a vital part of the job it does.
