Bang Pa-in Plant in Thailand Receives "Model of a Healthy Corporation" Award
NMB-Minebea Thai's Bang Pa-in Plant participated in the "Healthy Corporation's Happy Workplace" project sponsored by The Federation of Thai Industries, Phanakorn Sri Ayutthaya Chapter and Thai Health Promotion where the plant is located. The plant received the "Model of a Healthy Corporation" award.
The project aims to create happy work environments that increase employee satisfaction and corporate productivity based on the "8 Happiness Elements" : Body, Heart, Brain, Soul, Money, Relaxation, Family, and Society.
