Structure

The MinebeaMitsumi Group has established a sustainability promotion framework heeded by the Representative Director, Chairman CEO to advance CSR activities based on the "MinebeaMitsumi Group Basic CSR Policy" and "The MinebeaMitsumi Group's CSR Implementation Principles".

The Sustainability Management Division was established in April 2019 for the purposes of contributing to the development of a sustainable society and separating monitoring functions from executive functions to reinforce governance within the MinebeaMitsumi Group. The division consists of a total of seven office, three of which serve as secretariats for internal special committees. The Compliance Promotion Office serves as the secretariat for the Compliance Committee and organizes the promotion of compliance, including the Code of Conduct. The Group Environmental Management Office serves as the secretariat for the Environmental Management Committee and addresses climate change-related risks and opportunities. The Security Trade Control Office serves as the secretariat for the Information Security Committee and is responsible for appropriately verifying the information security framework.
Additionally, the company has an Internal Control Promotion Office, a Trade Compliance Control Office, a Security Trade Control Office, and a CSR Promotion Office. These offices promote the further strengthening of CSR initiatives and sustainability frameworks, as well as the development of internal promotion activities.

At each site, we appointed CSR Officers to promote CSR activities and sustainability structure and monitor the status of activities to promote PDCA management* globally.
In the future, we will further strengthen our sustainability structure across the Group to promote CSR activities.

* PDCA management: A technique for continuously improving management and operations through repeatedly performing Plan, Do, Check, and Act.
