Personnel relocation and structural reorganization
The Board of Directors met on Thursday, May 10, 2012 and concluded personnel relocation and structural reorganization as described below.
These matters will be officially finalized at another Board of Directors meeting scheduled to be held after the completion of both the annual shareholders' general meeting and shareholders' general meeting on, Thursday, June 28, 2012.
1. New Management Structure
Subject to the approval of Minebea's Board of Directors meeting after its Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on Thursday, June 28, 2012, the new management structure is as follows:

2. Organizational Changes (Effective May 21, 2012)
Each Business Headquarters will be renamed as follows. The Machined Component Business Headquarters, the Rotary Component Business Headquarters, the Electronic Device & Component Business Headquarters, the HDD Motor Business Headquarters, and the Special Device Business Headquarters will be renamed "Machined Component Manufacturing Headquarters," "Rotary Component Manufacturing Headquarters." "Electronic Device & Component Manufacturing Headquarters," "HDD Motor Manufacturing Headquarters," and "Special Device Manufacturing Headquarters," respectively.
The Operation & Planning Division, the Finance & Administration Division, and the CSR Promotion Division will be reorganized into "Administration, Planning & Accounting Division," "Personnel & General Affairs Division," and "Finance & Compliance Promotion Division," respectively. At support divisions, a "Supporting Office for Machine Shop" will be newly created within the "Manufacturing Support Division," and the Engineering Support Division's EMS Department will be merged into the R&D Department.
Daiichi Seimitsu Sangyo Co.,Ltd., a subsidiary of Minebea Co., Ltd., has been under the jurisdiction of Production Support Div., will be operated as an independent division.
In addition, a "Global Motors Business Headquarters" will be newly established, and will supervise the EMT Business Unit, the Hansen Business Unit and the "Moatech Business Unit" to be newly created.
Regarding the Keyboard Business Unit, its existing businesses will be merged into the Measuring Components Business Unit.
